Holdet starter op d. 20. oktober. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-09dbc34295e32d596e985923559a6caa wp-block-paragraph\">I en hverdag, der kan v\u00e6re b\u00e5de travl og stresset, har vi somme tider brug for hj\u00e6lp til at komme ned i gear igen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-73f53a7b9571f6702b45ce1cadcb909a wp-block-paragraph\">Det er ikke farligt at f\u00f8le stress og pres. Det er en naturlig del af vores nervesystem, der fort\u00e6ller os, at NU SKAL vi pr\u00e6stere for at &#8220;overleve&#8221;. Det vi, i vores del af verden, ikke er s\u00e5 gode til er at komme ud af den tilstand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-45272dbdd349a3ba63004088664a2a47 wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00e5r vi har aktiveret det sympatiske nervesystem (fight og flight), s\u00e5 er det en tvingende n\u00f8dvendighed, at vi efterf\u00f8lgende aktivere det parasympatiske nervesystem (rest and digest).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-50ec2d5bef2aa04630def57b8191af37 wp-block-paragraph\">Er man kommet ind i en spiral, hvor det sympatiske nervesystem fylder det hele, kan det v\u00e6re sv\u00e6rt selv at finde ud. Hvis tankerne om alt det man skal n\u00e5, skal kunne, skal g\u00f8re, fylder en med d\u00e5rlige samvittighed, s\u00e5 kan det v\u00e6re, at man skal guides til at f\u00e5 styrket det parasympatiske nervesystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-f385528f8265c32033d30075097b1410 wp-block-paragraph\">Jeg kan ikke hj\u00e6lpe dig af med stress. Men du kan m\u00e5ske hj\u00e6lpe dig selv til at komme ned i gear.
