Herefter guider jeg dig gennem <strong>selvmassage med massagebolde<\/strong>, som hj\u00e6lper muskler og bindev\u00e6v til at slippe dybe sp\u00e6ndinger. Vi afslutter med en <strong>groundende meditation<\/strong>, der skaber plads til ro, klarhed og fornyet overskud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-0c641bc2539de25f107fa072880dfe36 wp-block-paragraph\">Klassen er for alle \u2013 ogs\u00e5 dig, der er ny til yoga eller \u00f8nsker en n\u00e6nsom praksis med fokus p\u00e5 velv\u00e6re og restitution.
